- Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes (but no more than 30 minutes) prior to the
scheduled performance time. - Upon arrival, see Kirtland Youth Theatre (KYT) person in teal vest and yellow sweatshirt
at bottom of hill for seating number. - Please leave all extra items on bus.
- If you have made arrangements to have lunch in the Student Center after the
performance, lunches should remain on bus until after performance. - The first person in line should be an adult with the seating number displayed for KYT
staff at top of hill. - Follow KYT staff instructions as you proceed up the hill to front doors.
- Please fill every seat in every row as the ushers are seating your group. Seat changes
can be made after everyone in your group is seated. - Programs/Thank You Notes should not be given to students until you are back on the
bus or back at school. - No food or beverages (this includes water) are allowed in the Performing Arts Center.
- An adult must accompany students, regardless of age, when students leave the
Performing Arts Center to get a drink of water, use bathrooms, etc. - All cell phones, pagers, and other electronic devices must be turned off before
entering Performing Arts Center. - No photography, video, etc. is allowed.
- Please remain seated after the performance until your school is dismissed.
- Please exit out the doors you are directed to. This will avoid traffic problems.
- Students needing to use the restrooms after the performance should exit out the door
directed to and then re-enter through side lobby doors.
Following these instructions will ensure quick seating and an enjoyable performance for all attendees.
