2010-2011 SERIES INFORMATION & TICKET POLICIES
The KCPA Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The Ticket Office opens at 1:00 p.m. on event days and is open through intermission. Tickets are available online until 1:00 p.m. the day of the performance. All performances are at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise noted.
Tickets may be ordered:

- By Mail – KCPA Ticket Office, 10775 N St Helen Rd, Roscommon, MI 48653
- In Person -Ticket Office in room 110A of the CTC building on the campus of Kirtland Community College.
Ticket Payment – Tickets must be paid for at time of purchase.
- Tickets purchased in person may be paid for with cash, check or credit card.
- Tickets purchased by mail must be paid for with either a check or credit card.
- Telephone and on-line ticket sales must be paid with a credit card.
Credit cards accepted are Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Checks should be made payable to Kirtland Center for the Performing Arts.
Exchange Fee
An exchange fee of $5.00 per ticket order will be charged for all exchanges.
All Ticket Sales are Final – No refunds. Refunds are only extended for a performance cancellation or date change.
Individual Ticket Sales
Individual ticket sales are on a first-come first-served basis. Series sales take place prior to individual sales, so availability of some seating may be limited.
SERIES TICKETS:
- FULL SEASON – The same seats are purchased for all 10 events. Renewing Full Series patrons will have first chance at series renewal during the selected renewal time.
- WILD CARD SERIES – (5 Events of your choice from the Full Series) the tickets for all 5 events are in the same section, but not necessarily the same seats from show to show. Wild Card Series are not renewable from year to year.
FAMILY PRICING
Family pricing will be offered on selected Kirtland Center for the Performing Arts events. Family pricing will be available in Section C/D only. A family consists of up to 5 (2 Adults & up to 3 Children or 1 Adult & up to 4 Children) can attend one of the Family Priced events for the special price of $50.
Discounts
It is the responsibility of the patron to notify the Ticket Office of any discounts or coupons at the time of purchase. Refunds will not be made for prior sales or failure to inform the Ticket Office of a coupon or gift certificate.
- Senior Discounts – Senior Citizens (55 and over) receive a $2 discount on individual ticket sales. Additional tickets purchased must be charged accordingly (Adult, Senior and Student).
- Student Discounts – Students currently enrolled receive two tickets at half price per event in Section C/D seats only. Must have student ID at time of purchase. Additional tickets purchased must be charged accordingly (Adult, Senior and Student).
- Employee Discounts – KCC Employees will receive two tickets at half price per event in Section C/D seats only. Must have employee ID at time of purchase.
- Group Discount – Groups of 12-25: $3 off each individual adult ticket; Groups of 26 or more: $4off each individual adult ticket. No additional discounts allowed. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time the reservation is made. Final payment is due in the ticket office 30 days prior to the performance date.
Emeritus/Honoraria Tickets
Emeritus/Honoraria may request two complimentary tickets, on a per show basis, to each Performing Arts Series event. Seat selection will be determined by the KCPA Director. Tickets are to be used by Emeritus/Honoraria only. Tickets can be reserved in advance but must be picked up by Emeritus/Honoraria at the Lobby Ticket Office after 6:00 p.m. the evening of the performance.
Lost/Misplaced Tickets
Please report this to the Ticket Office as soon as possible. Replacement tickets will be available the evening of the performance at the Lobby Ticket Office. Should there be a question regarding original tickets vs. replacement tickets, valid i.d./proof of purchase will determine seating.
Cancellations
Programs, dates and performance times are subject to change depending on the artist’s availability.
